**Because Simply Partnership will be held in the USA, there are no taxes associated with conference registration fees.
***The Group rate is valid for Three (3) or more associates from the same company. To obtain the Group rate when registering you will need to register all associates at the same time.

Note: Online registration closes Friday, September 9, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. EST. After this date, please register on-site beginning Wednesday, September 21, 2011.
Guest tickets may be purchased online during the registration process. The guest ticket will include access to the Homecoming Reception and the Partnership Prom Theme Party only, and does not include any other meals, functions, or sessions. Should you wish your guest to attend all meals, functions and sessions, please register your guest as a Partner at the published rate listed above.
Please note that Simply Partnership 2011 guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event.
- Payment Policy: Payment must be paid in full and received before midnight ET Friday, September 9, 2011. If payment is not received before then, you will be required to pay the $589 Late / Walk-In price when you check-in on site.
- Cancellation Policy: Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received on or before midnight ET Friday, September 9, 2011, to be eligible for a refund, less a $50 service charge. Cancellation requests received after midnight ET, September 9, 2011, and no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Substitution Policy: Attendee substitutions may be made at any time, provided they are within the same company. Transferring registration to an individual outside of your company will not be permitted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of a substitution.
